“In music, two voices create a space between them since they happen at the same time” from The Secret Language of Birthdays by Gary Goldschneider & Joost Elffers
“Mayan was named after the Mayan Riviera. She is aptly named because her eyes are a beautiful blue just like the colour of the ocean. She lives in Olds, Alberta with her Mom and Dad. Mayan likes school and her teacher but really loves swimming. Although she is currently at the swimmer 2 level she believes she should be at the swimmer four level because she is just that good. She was quiet and calm but very astute and intelligent.” – Aaron M
